They are the real ceos

I mean the politicians. The question arises how? It is known that most of the candidates who are contested in this election have no strong educational background but you are surprised to know the way they handled the election. In India basically the students who could not excel in study are entered into politics. It is not true for all. Suppose take the number of student entered into study initially is 100%. After matriculate more than 50% student left study. Only 8% to 10% students go for higher education. Most of the politicians in our country are from the 50% student who left study. So the less educational qualified student cum politicians are in the most powerful positions in our country. Why I compare the politicians with the CEOs. You are surprised to know the way they managed the election is very much similar with that of the CEOs of various large MNCs. The way they communicate, target and motivate the people is quite effective and better than various modern management theories like BCG MATRIX AND STP THEORY. Election comes once in every five year. Compare the election with the business. Various companies do business in the market and few among them hard to make profit. They do business throughout the year and adopt various modern management practices and not able to position themselves in the market but the election comes once in every five year and they positioned themselves so well that if they come to power then there is only profit and profit for next five year without no investment. They make such a huge profit that the money they save in the switch bank account is more than 25 lakh crores. It is a matter to discuss how they do this. The most important thing is communication which is done very effectively. They successfully communicate with the people even in the remotest areas. They use various vehicles for campaigning in the villages and they use even helicopters to campaign in the remote areas. To motivate the people they campaign through their star campaigners like the film stars and various celebrities. Companies communicate with the people through media, magazines, newspapers etc. for sales promotion they spend a lots of rupees and for this they contract with the celebrities like cricket players, film stars. How they target the people. They target the neutral voters to vote for their party. So before election they build the roads, bridge, and give rice in two rupees, filled of the vacancies in the schools, colleges, and visit villages, towns and ask people about their problems. They communicate in such a speed that the media like television, radio are not able to reach with that speed. It is known from a survey that they communicate with those villages which have no electricity and televisions. So think how they communicate with the places. To attract the people they compose various popular songs for campaigning. They provide rice in two rupees to BPL* card holders and easily bagged their votes. They make permanent the contractual service holders and bagged their votes.

What I want to say here is that the CEOs who are passed out from IIMS' and IITS' are not able to understand the simple logic what these illiterate politicians able to understand. The MBA graduates have to learn the techniques from the politicians. So the B schools have to invite these politicians to their institutes to teach the students.
