SUPERPOWER

Think of a day more dangerous than WWI & WWII. Unlike WWII there will be many more groups in different part of world. Thinking like superpowers with their latest weapons, missiles and nuclear power. They are powerful with their power and energy. They won’t like subordinate near a superior. Think of a day American missiles headed towards Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran and Chinese and Russian missiles headed towards America, Pakistan missiles headed towards India ,Indian missiles headed towards Pakistan, china, sky is full of missiles, earth is full of dead bodies and sea is full of war ships .people are engaging to kill each other forgetting brotherhood ,cultures and cooperation. No place will be left for taking a peaceful breath. Any country that kills more people he will be the superpower: what is the meaning of that kind superpower who is calling him a superpower instead of a killer. We will see towns converting to deserts, deserts converting to war camps, youngsters joining to armies. Now power counts to nuclear weapons. Any country that has more weapons he thinks as the superpower. So all other leading nations came into a competitive mindset to develop more weapons to be superpower. So ultimately weapons increasing, personal security increasing and the planet security are decreasing and other developing nations accumulating funds for nuclear plants and missiles. So all want to be in a no fear zone. May be they will not be a leader in education, IT, Culture but they will prove them as a nuclear weapon holder. Like movie 2012, at last they think to save the human race they have to save as much as people and last minute they open the gate.  So like that movie we should prepare our self much before and try to save this beautiful planet.

I want to be an artist
May bea poet,may be a novelist or may be a lyricist
I want sing with the bird,
i want sing with the stream
want to understand the language of flowers
want to feel the color of sky
want to strengthen the relation between dew and sunlight

We forget our own passion
Artificial behaviour supresses our inner passion
We never stop while walking by the road and never think these natural miracles
we ignore them
As if we dont know each other
Nature gives signals with the flowers,with the moonlight
That there is bond
But we fails to understand
We are biased by the selfish attractions
We behave as a paralysed animal
Never catch nature’s signal
It is calling us everytime,every moment to be a part of it

They come closer
With a kind of hidden power
So come forward if you feel the bond great
If you are a poet, feel the nature

Stick of Hope

We are departed by a stick of hope
Passes feelings through it to each other
I am the blind and she is my wife
Struggling life as two beggars in streets and slums
She takes me as a pioneer
And I follow her as a follower
Never take me by taking my hand
Gives instructions just by bending the stick to follow her

Our hope never end with this colorful Diwali
Because we celebrate it after diwali,
I,pintu, enjoyed diwali a lot with my friend likun,
With less light, color and crackers,
We the kids of outskirt slum of town
Never seen people waste so much of money in fire and crackers
We collect money from traffic signals for our food and need
And never celebrate diwali with money.
It’s beautiful.
But don’t be dishearten likun,
We will enjoy diwali with these fused crackers.
See, this rocket will go up and up, left our bad things there
And it will never touch us again,
See, this Ganga Jamuna will blow light first then crack itself again
Shares happiness with its neighbor,
Is not it interesting!
Don’t be dishearten
May not we enjoy it last day?
But god share every happiness with everybody
Never does partiality.

'Happiness lies within understanding and sharing'

Few days back I have seen two English movies named Revolutionary Road and Into the Wild. Two different movies but based on a same theme. In these two movies they trying to know the meaning of life, what is happiness, trying to discover the life through two different angles. The destination is same for both of the movies but the road leads to it is different. In Revolutionary road the couple is trying to settle their problems through daily family drama whereas in into the wild, the young man found the meaning of life and discover it at the end of his life through an adventurous journey to Alaska. In revolutionary Road, the couple trying to create their own identity but due to some unavoidable reasons they could not. They have to sacrifice their career due to other responsibilities and amid lots of misunderstanding they are trying to discover happiness. They tried to rebuild the relationship again and again but not successful for a long term. It was always a short time mutual understanding due to their work, ego, quarrel and obsession with life. The meaning of happiness Leonardo (the character) came to know when April (Kate Winslet) died? In this movie you found, there is always a chance to settle their life happily but there are more chances to distract them from the goal. Everybody trying to live happily but due to some misunderstanding it does not happen. So not giving the edge to misunderstanding over understanding creates happiness. This movie focuses on a family to represent the idea well as family is always a source of quarrel. Different mindsets meet each other in family which results some misunderstandings, so a lot of uncertainty has to be highlighted and solved. In my opinion and point of view, a road will be safe, secured and exciting if small revolutions take place .in this movie the word revolution comes as a chain of life involved in a road like life where little adjustments required to give it shape.
In other movie into the wild, a young guy who distract himself from the materialistic and conventional life and begins a adventurous life to study the nature, to discover new facts about wild life. He stays himself away from his family, friends means totally isolated. In this movie there are dialogues like ’money, power are just illusions’ & another one is ‘the days are exciting when you are penniless’ which are very interesting and he gives this kind of statements as he was in his initial journey of adventure. At last he confined himself to a ruined vehicle, shoots animals for food and writes his thought in a diary. Time passes, the excitement lost its flavors when there is a scarcity of food, social attachments. First he thought that he is wasting his life with the family, friends and the real happiness is there when he discover some adventurous facts but this excitement lacks its importance when he came to know happiness is real when shared. If you only do things, take steps to keep yourself happy only and don’t care about other then it has no meaning. If you do so you can enjoy for a while and after a threshold period you will hate yourself and depressed. Here in this movie at the end of his life he knew the beauty of life and happiness. It’s very easy to stay isolate with a confined happiness but it will lose its smell and excitement in the long run if not shared.

Learning from life -1

Sometimes you want to stay with the time you like, but always it does not happen due to some unavoidable problems, situations, timing and sometimes due to some mistakes. You were not aware about the problems in future but done something wrong which lead to a problem where you lose some lovable and respectable things forever. The bond will break in such a way that it will never construct again. if it may repair again then not like the previous real one. If you start the relation from the position you left it before then there is a feeling of unchanged smell. Due to some lack of trust you are an untouchable thing but that should not happen. Just you have to wait and see whether time will meet you with the other side again and solve your problem or not.

Old Age

I want to be with you till my old age,
when we have pathless, hopeless and support less.
Our offspring won’t have time for us and
they will be busy in their life and not thinking justice to lend time to old parents.
You will be completely dependent on me and
in the same way I will be attached with you.
Now we are fighting among ourselves by ignoring
the fact that to what extent it hurts us,
But in those times we won’t have energy to fight.
When sun rises, people start their journey by keeping
the fact in their mind that the sun will be with them
till evening, in the same way we stay with each other by keeping
the fact that you will be running with me till end and I also.
Old age is the proper time to love for a couple than young age,
You know why?
Because they have already visited a long way with each other,
and they have much experience to live the life ,to know each other, and to judge the lacuna.
They have enough reason why to live happily and less excuses why not to.
It is true we fight among us more, but it’s a fact that we love
both much and it will come hard in old age in terms of dependency , reliability and support.
We have to pass a long way on the river bank by keeping
each other as our respective shadow and the path will
not allow us to move ahead without the partner.
Children will visit us as a paying labor in old age and
it will hurt more rather bringing pleasure.
At the end, when I will be in he sky as a star near moon and
You will in the court yard among flowers and no need to
Upset yourself as I will be sending good night messages through moon.
No need to be cry at that time because it will make me cry
And by morning, millions of tear droplets make you wet
and you will be weak as you have to start again your journey
from the morning alone!

Once again the Indians got a clue to cheer up forever. This world cup helps Indian players to keep the momentum and temperament for years to come. This world cup proved that we are capable enough to defeat the stronger rivals and to prove ourselves as the best. The USP of Indian team is the batting; it’s always creating pressure on opposition. Before any match, the bowlers of opposition team usually give comment to enhance their own confidence and trying to boost their team. You have never seen an example of team effort better than this current team. Everybody contribute to some extend to welcome the world cup once again. The cup knocked the door as the fielders proved them as a better fielder, the batsmen proved them as better batsmen, the bowlers proved them as better bowlers and the better all- rounder proved them as best all-rounder. The youngsters showed their aggressiveness where as veterans came up to the frontline as pioneer. Perfect combination of youngster and veteran .world cup definitely inspire lots of cricket enthusiasts in our country. It seems like an end of era in cricket after sachin’s retirement. India will definitely feel the empty place of sachin in Indian cricket .it will never filled up by any player, it always seems empty. Many players will come, many players will go but the calm consistent and cool will continue, I am talking about Dhoni. The Krishna ‘Mr. Gary Kirsten’ guided the team well and also boosting the team always to focus. After his involvement with the Indian team, the fielding part rose up to a standard. After all the team effort and continuous performance brings the world cup once again to home.

They are the people who have capability to locate India in the world map distinctively but they are not present in India. They are noble laureates; they are famous personalities In India as well as in the world. I am talking about Amartya Sen, the noble prize winner for welfare economics, Venkatesh Ramakrishnan, noble prize winner for his extensive study in molecular biology and M F HUSAIN the world known painter. M F Husain, who has been living in self imposed exile for four year due to his controversial painting on Hindu goddess will be soon seen as a Qatar citizen and British prime minister Gordon brown said both Amartya Sen and Venkatesh Ramakrishnan are British. Amartya Sen is famous for his work on famine , human development theory, welfare economics, the underlying mechanisms of poverty,gender inequality , and political liberalism and India is quite familiar with these problems. If he is not doing fruitful work for India, then these noble prizes are useless. We have noble laureates but we have lots of problems around us and nobody is there to assist the government. Brown described Sen and Ramakrishnan as pride of their country. Sen has received more than 80 honourary doctorate degree but our country has been facing that kind of problems for a long period of time. Indian law does not permit dual citizenship, so they have to take other country’s citizenship. If they get respect , good laboratory to research , and security in other country, then definitely they will be recognized by other country’s pride.

Emotional atyyachar!

Emotional ad works well in India as Indian are easily attracted through emotion. If these ads actually don’t do anything but only meant for commercial purposes, then the companies should change their strategy for business like western companies where their people are very informative and not influenced by emotion. Now in India, many companies want to distinct themselves in the market by giving messages related to education, saving trees etc. but the question is really the ads are doing something or it is a easy way to do business. Indian people are very different in nature, when politics came, they casted their vote through the ‘JAI HO’campaign but when their daily use products came, they don’t show any interest. So it is a fault from customer side or marketer? Every body is saying ‘Tata’ is doing something for the society through its ‘JAGORE’ ad The ad is different from other ads as it tries to influence people against corruption. People are watching this ad because it is a different ad and they are getting fun while watching it but when reality comes, corruption is at same place where it was before. They are targeting the youth for the process and also Rahul Gandhi is trying to influence the youth to come to active politics to change our country but in reality no advertisement works for the society, their prime focus is their product. If it sells well through this ad then they concentrate on the ad and if it does not work , everybody forget about it and the marketer try to find another way to fool the customer . In the last general election if you see the youth participation then it is very harassing that is only 10% of the youth casted their votes . is this the way by which we are going to change our country! Companies should focus how society will be benefitted through these ads. Most of the even don’t know what is jagore ad, sir ji ad or walk and talk ad.

STRANGE BUSINESS IN STARNGE MARKET

Companies have to make their strategy completely different in India, may be it is a successful strategy in other markets but in India it may work, may not be. There is uncertainty around you. Sometimes also no strategy is needed to satisfy the market needs of this type of market. Opportunity lies amid uncertainty; also sometimes there is huge opportunity but companies failed. May be it is due to the behavior as well as due to the population of the strange country. It is a type of market where there are lots of customers present in every segment i.e. lots of poor people are there, lot of rich people are there, lot of youth are there, lot of English speaking people are there. So many companies find opportunities for themselves and try to click in the market. Here premium products are running well, it finds a potential market for itself, also lower priced products are running well. There is surf excel, tide also there is ghadi detergent and other local products. Indian market is a strange market, and it is very difficult to understand the market. There are metro cities also there are slum people living in the metro cities. There are FMCG players like HUL, ITC, P&G present in India and the same time cavin kare and other players are there. Sometimes many world class companies failed here whereas they are very successful in other countries. For example virgin group, it has 200 businesses worldwide and everywhere it is running well but when it entered into India with virgin telecom, it was a failure. It is very difficult to forecast the situation, the reality can be perceived after coming into the market. Sometimes Indian people like their own products and sometimes they don’t like. In hair oil market foreign players like garnier, loreal etc are facing tough competition from marico, dabur, emami etc. in east part of the country people also use mustard oil as hair oil and in southern part they use coconut oil. How these great companies work in such a diversify country. Here they are facing great variation in behavior of people. In two wheeler market hero Honda, bajaj, tvs are the main players and now other players are growing gradually like Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki etc. in Swiss bank , Indian have largest deposits, so what a foreign player will think when it heard this? May be he thinks Indian are rich and India is a potential market also at the same time it thinks about the level of corruption in the country so that Indian are able to  made such a great deposit.. India is growing in a 6-7% GDP, so a company will think that it is going to be a good market for it but when it comes inside it sees something different. Indian have largest deposits in Swiss banks, also India is the largest borrower of money from World Bank.
